Pours hazy yellow wit a thick white head. Aroma of yeast and cinnamon, some coriander. Taste has typical hefe notes, banana forward, some lingering nutmeg and other spices. Palate has nutmeg, coriander. Good.

Taster pour on tap at CT Brew Fest 2024. Lightly hazy amber/maple syrup w/nice head w/good retention. Aroma is strong malt. Taste is lightly roasted malt. Smooth, frothy texture soft carbonation finish as taste.

Aroma of pine and orange peel. Taste has heavy pine notes, more citrus, some lemon peel. Palate has much of the same. Pretty good.
