Undated can drunk 6/3/24. Clear, bright brass. Medium-sized, off-white head sits at one finger. Excellent minerality with clean, snappy, grassy hops and a bit of herbs. Lean, polished malts add baguette, a hint of honey and light cracker. Lingering crisp yeast. Rich malt depth with rich honey and fresh baguette malt character. Clean as all hell with gentle hopping leaving the yeast and malt to shine brightest. Just enough bitterness and crisp, bright and snappy on the finish that has rich malt lingering on. Maybe getting a bit of light powdered sugar lingering on the finish, as well.

Taster pour from a can at CT Brew Fest 2024. Opaque black w/thin cap of head and light lacing. Aroma is roasted malt/coffee, vanilla. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Decent dry porter.

Tap @ BruRm, BAR, New Haven. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical fruits, flowers, citrus, malt and hops. Nice bitter finish.

Pours pale golden with a lingering lacing. Aroma of bread, yeast, some grass. Taste has some light resin, grassy, herbal notes, some mild bread elements. Palate has more of the same watery herbal notes, grainy. Not bad, very light.

Can from tfontana, thanks for the trade! Dark brown bordering on black with a foamy tan head that persists. Light chocolate and roast aroma and flavor bits of metallic in there as well. Not horrible but no obvious date on the can to tell if this is old.
