Can. Just unclear pale amber with an inch of white head. 3+ Aroma of oranges, a little passionfruit, grass, bread. Very much classic second wave of Australian craft. But it's a little less sweet with quite punchy citrus (maybe grapefruit joins the oranges) and some resin before a firm bitter finish. Tasty drop.

Can. Amber. Not much on nose. Decent combo of mild citrus, some biscuit malts and subtle pine. Certainly quaffable, but not memorable. But all for a good cause.

From a 500ml bottle on 7/9/2019. Pours near black with a big light tan head. Has a fairly slight toasty nose with a little chocolate and caramel in the background. Tastes pretty sweet, with lots of mil chocolate and caramel up front, which is met by a mild roasty bitterness, with a hint of soy at the back. Has a nice creamy palate and moderate carbonation. Simple but smooth and enjoyable.

Can. Even a sainted scientist raising money for two good causes couldn't define an XPA - there are no miracles in taxonomy. Pale amber with a loose white head. Aroma of mandarin, pineapple, nectarine, some light woody notes, crackers. Lightish bodied. There's not a lot of malt presence but it has a touch of toast and a hint of richness despite its lightness. Neither all that sweet nor bitter, it's fruity with a dryish finish. A fine swigging beer. I'd have liked just a touch more bitterness, although you can easily get away with that palate if it's very clean and fresh. Which it is.

Can. Amber with an inch of white head. Only slightly hazy. Aroma of Tang (!) crystallized fruit - stone, tropical - some bread. Medium bodied,, carbonation just on the low side of moderate. Really very sweet with orange, pineapple, apricot before bitterness (and a hint of resin) struggles into view. Tasty but too sweet for me.

From a 375ml can on 28/5/2019 (beer name currently entered on here full of typos!). Pours a clear medium golden with a small head. Smells fresh, with light fruit and a little grass. Tastse wise, it's dominated by stone fruit - heaps of peach and apricot, and some fruit flavoured lolly, against some biscuit malt, with a light to medium bitterness. Medium bodied with moderate to average carbonation. This is a really nice IPA - clean, perfectly balanced, a bit unusual, and most importantly, moreish.

The dry bitterness is the first hit, followed by the familiar piney finish. Good, but not great.

Can. Clear light amber dense white head. Aroma of bread berries spiced oranges. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Some toast, interesting earthy and spiced berries, cedar. Bitterness is high but more insistent than thumping. Good.
