Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of funk, fruit, brett, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of funk, brett, lemons, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Soft, mellow brett, honeyish, mellow stone fruit notes, accents of flowers, subtle but fun. Still getting to know this brewery but I like what I've tasted so far.

On tap at Hopwired, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a large white head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast, gentle funk, and some floral notes. Flavour is quite wild and dry, with wild yeast, floral notes, and woody notes. Lots of wild yeast and barrels. Good stuff.

Pull #3. Draft at Prototype. Pale amber with a slight haze. Subtle lactic, lots of stone fruit. Big depth here, a touch of wood and oxidation but mostly lots of acidity and fun wild fruity notes. I think this place opened just a few months after we left West Ryde and it's so far beyond anything that was down under at that time.

Soft body. Amber colour. Few bubbles on top. Gentle brett with clean balanced sweetness. Nice bit of funk to it, plus juicy leathery peach notes. Good complexity. Really nice stuff.

750ml bottle courtesy of the KL Tasting Crew. Poured a hazy medium brown colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is yeasty, biscuit, citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, yeasty, light oak, tart plummy palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle. A lovely clear red. A wisp of white head is soon gone. Aroma of raspberries (jammy, tart and hairy), mild twiggy funk. Almost medium bodied, a little slippery. Carbonation is low. Raspberries are not quite as prominent in the taste - there's a little light bread, woody apricot stones and twigs, some pepper. Quite sour and dryish but there's some sweetness and a little bitterness as well as the wood at the end. Fairly softly spoken but deep and very nicely balanced.

Bottle from Arrogant Sour through Werckmeister. Pale peachy red with white head. Fruity, peaches, plums, lactic sourness. A bit diluted and lacking intensity, but very clean. Minerality on the finish. Good.
