Tap the roof pub. Pours translucent gold with a large off-white head. Aroma of banana. Medium body. Dry and lightly spicy rather than bitter. Flavor is banana and yeast spice. Pretty good.Hefe.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours dark brown black with a tan head. Our Roma of chocolate and bourbon. Full bodied. Flavor is chocolate and a touch of wood. Not dry but far from sticky bourbon and heat take the place of bitter for the most part. Good drink.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours gold with a creamy white head. Medium body. It’s pale stone fruity with a lot of spruce. Dry and spruce litter. The fruit seems nondetectable. Really Evergreen flavor. Good spruce beer.
