Beer two. (But is it?)

12 oz. can, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma is fairly impressive, with oats, a touch of cocoa, and maple syrup. Flavour brings out the fenugreek and maple syrup, along with soft oats and a touch of roast. The body is definitely thin, and those weird ingredients are... well, weird. But they work. For an NA oatmeal stout, this is pretty solid.

On tap at Chuck's CD, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart citrus, lacto, and some passionfruit. Flavour is tropical, with tons of passionfruit, citrus, lacto and whispy wheat. Tropical and juicy. I'd never guess this was NA. Good.

12 oz can poured at Chuck's CD. Glowing golden orange pour. Really nicely done brew here. I mentioned in a previous rating, this style seems like a no brainer for brewing NA. Lots of juicy tropical fruit, passionfruit specific. A nice tart, juicy constant. Cool, refreshing finish. Another solid product from this brewery. I need to find more!

12 oz can poured, picked up at Josh's Taps, Snohomish. Really impressed with this NA stout, as it is extremely flavorful, and drinks like a real stout. Dark muddy brown, near black appearance, tan foam head. Big bitter coffee note lingers on the palate. Nice taste of coffee, caramel, and a sturdy dose of maple. Toasty malt aroma, slight chocolate. Layered in taste, but does have a sense of being less filling than your average stout. Slick oat body makes this really easy drinking. Very impressive NA product here.

Canned 1/25/22, drunk 2/11/22. Ebony, clear with mahogany highlights. Small, dense, dark beige head showing moderate retention. Nose shows the fenugreek, which adds a savory quality and more depth to the nose, which really is appreciated for an NA beer, which usually come off very light in most aspects. Chocolate, light coffee and hints of vanilla with clean yeast and a touch of dark fruit character. Soft and velvety with even, mild roast featuring low acidity. Yet balanced and flavorful with good coffee, dark chocolate and more savory herb. Still notice the lightness of body, due to the NA nature, but they've done a lot to try to mitigate that here. Excellent.

Fresh can drunk 2/11/22. Clear, rosy-blonde with a small, white head. Fruity, nicely estery nose with cracker malts and lightly juicy, citrus hops adding soft lemon and orange rind. Light and highly attenuated but still more body than most NAs. Hops are fresh, not overly liberally used, but add pleasant enough, mildly juicy citrus. Hint of biscuit and a clean finish with nothing weird going on.

Can from cooler at Tap+Bottle North, 2/9/22. Lightly hazy, bright mango-golden with a small, off-white head that steadily fades to nothing. Tropical fruits mix with lightly tart acids and a healthy backing of wheat-like character to slightly soften things. Not intense, but at the same time, it feels more relaxed and authentic, claiming and seeming to use fruit puree. In the mouth it's lightly tart, light bodied, lightly watery, though not too much so, with tons of tropical fruit flavor, soft wheat and high attenuation. A bit prickly at times from the carbonation, but still quite drinkable and the wheat (or something) adds more body than your average NA. Though it's not nearly as full-bodied as Untitled Art Florida Weisse which is also brewed here.
