Slim Charles BEER!!!!! Yes!!!!! 12oz can pours a clear gold with three fingers of rocky white head. Nose has malt and grist and honey, some brown sugar lurking, toast and jam. Flavor is different, honey and grist are there, there’s a clear brown sugar note, some light baking spice, some green peppercorn. Everything works pretty well. Finishes with either some spritzy pepper or some decently high carb and I can’t figure out which. Off dry. Easy drinker. 7 4 7 3 13

Pretty decent for what it is. Hibiscus, raspberry, some lime. Pours hazy reddish with ok head and lacing. Tangy finish. Not too intense on hibiscus, and easy drinking. Tap at brewery.

Pint on nitro at the brewery comes a murky, dark gold with some creamy white head. Nose is big with honey, malt, blond coffee. Flavor is just honeycomb really, some grains, a little coffee bean but a whole lot of raw honey. Sweet finish.

Pint at the brewery pours a murky amber with a ring of creamy, off white head. Nose has a lot, malt, fall fruits, some butterscotch, dark bread dough. Flavor is malty and bready, chewy with grains, some caramel. Finishes medium full bodied, chewy. Well made. Drinkable with a little heft.

This definitely tastes more like a Belgian pale than a hazy. It's pleasant enough but maybe misguided or misinformed on what it's supposed to be? It's pleasant enough but as a Belgian table beer. Floral and some light citrus. Light sweet finish. Certainly not really a hop vibe here, and not even hazy in colour. Blonde pour. Tap at brewery.
