Bottle. Nose is berry, chocolate, some weird medicine, soy, and cream or butter. Cloudy and flat. Medicinal, somewhat woody flavor, a bit of sour fruit, soy sauce, coffee, and chocolate syrup. Weird and doesn’t move me at all. Oily and thin, with a bitter, roasty finish. doesn’t work.

Clock barrel aged Russian imperial stout. 8.5% a motor oil black viscous pour with minimal to no head served on a tulip. Chocolate, fudge, soy, umami aroma is enticing but not much barrel. Soft velvety almost oily mouthfeel. The taste is syrupy dark fruits, maple syrup, soy, a bit of wood but overall it doesn’t really gel & come together. More clashing than complimentary flavors.

Bottle. Balanced malty and hoppy aroma. Hazy golden to amber colour. Stable head. Light to moderate amount of DMS carrying through from aroma into the flavour and lingering into the finish. Not enough to make the beer overall unpleasant, but enough to cause a significant loss of points.

Spora butelka, aromat silnie owocowo tropikalny, chmiele tylko amerykanskie, kolor jasny metny z niewielka piana. Silnie goryczkowe i nieco slodowe. Ale chmiele tu rzadza, pozostawiajac dlugi posmak w ustach

Bottle. Deep golden color with huge white head. Strong malty aroma with Saaz hops. Taste initially malty followed by nice portion of bitter Saaz hops. Long hoppy bitter finish. Good, although not typical bock.

Bottle. Aroma spicy, clove, banana. Hazy golden to amber colour, huge stable head. Taste is intensely spicy, with more bitterness than expected, I even got some hops flavour, if I was not hallucinating. However the traditional clove-peppery spiciness was on top. Easily drinkable, quite good one.
