Tap @ Craft House Prague. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, fruity and moderate hoppy - pine and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 210723

Bottle 0.375l from our archive, three years aged. Cloudy, copper to brown colored. AROMA- raisins, plums, cherries, touch of peaty whiskey. FLAVOR- very smooth, moderately sweet, slightly bitter, lightly peaty, whiskey, cherry, strawberry, raisins, caramel. Fuller to full bodied. Great barley wine.

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Hazy orange/golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, light grapefruit in the nose. Light herbal, fruity, grapefruit and touch of citrus with quite bitter finish.

0.5 l can thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, citrusy, orange and wonderful grapefruit. Biscuity notes, also ripe stone fruit notes. Hints of herbs and zest. Light, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Quite dry. Flavour is herbal, bready and lightly citrusy.

Canned from Base Camp. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Papaya in the aroma, sweetish maltiness, lychee. Lean, dry taste, lychee, bit of grapefruit, subdued, not that bitter - not that juicy really, bit stale and dried out. Not terribly impressed I have to say.

FLAVOR- smooth, moderately sweet, touch of sourness, slightly bitter, sour cherry in chocolate, plum, raisins, strawberries, liquor, pralines. Fuller to full bodied. Very good.

Ok I bought this beer and I didn't notice that its past its BB. Cloudy golden-amber colour, steady white head. Grassy, papery aroma. Light-bodied. Grassy, herbal and cardboardish flavour. Neh.

Bottle 0.75l from our archive, well, three and half years aged. Lightly cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- whiskey, a bit peaty, roasted malts, cocoa nibs, nuts, non-sweet nougat. FLAVOR- sooo smooth, lightly sweet, lightly bitter, roasted, whiskey, nuts, touch of sour cherry, touch of wood, lightly peaty. Medium bodied. Nice nutty latte.
