Description
We at Just Pressed Cider have been crating craft west country cider for 4 years, although relatively new to the game we have created some strong links with fellow breweries within the trade such as Gloucester Brewery just to name one. Over the past couple of years, we have noticed a growing interest in Craft Cider and this has meant that this market that we sit in has expanded massively. We have designed our cans to hit the cider market with something different and exciting, flamboyant some people may say. We offer a range of ciders for everyone to love and enjoy, from traditional ciders using traditional and famous apples, to the new era of flavour combinations, but keeping the apple flavour.

Bladder bag (IIRC) at WIP, Lichfield, 27/02/2025.
Pale golden yellow topped with a cap formed of thin white bubbles than soon dissipates.
Nose is mellow apple, tannins, straw.
Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, hint of caramel, straw, light funk.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close.
Not bad.

Keg at Gloucester brewery. Pinkish-amber with a middling fizz. There's a decent funky cider in this; there's a bit of leathery dryness and some tannic apple skins before sweeter apple juice comes through. Over this is laid a baked strawberry note which is a little sweeter and less fresh than I would have liked it to be, but nevertheless it's still a better than average flavoured cider.

440ml can from Favourite Beers. My English Cidery #497. Sparkling, clear golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, leathery funk, sulphur hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, caramel, leather, funk, with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, high carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
