14/11/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear amber orange with a bubbly white head. Aroma is citrus, apple, orange, funky, leather, baked notes. Moderate sweetness, very slight tartness. Medium body, light carbonation. Very dry tannic finish. Nice.

750ml bottle from Aeble. My English Cidery #496. Orangey gold colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, sherbet hint, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, juicy orange citrus, funky, leather, earthy, with drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
