500ml bottle taster at Peter Michell's cider course, Orchard Centre, Hartpury. Clear moderately bright golden colour, sparkling with white foam head and aroma of ripe apple, fruit, musty, dried straw, caramel, wood, spicy, with band-aid phenolics. Taste is quite sweet, light sour, with some bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, ripe apple and tannic at the finish. Nicely drinkable.
