3/9/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy yellow gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is fragrant, fleshy apple, pear drop, twiggy, touch herbal. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light tartness. Moderate body, light foamy carbonation. Drying finish.

500ml bottle from Drink Finder. Orangey gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple strudel, cardamon, spices. Taste is sweet, apple, strudel, spice, cinnamon, cardamon, with orange citric tartness and some drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet spiced finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Drink Finder. My English Cidery #491. Clear orange gold colour, short-lived bubbly head and aroma of apple, fleshy, caramel. Taste is sweet, tart, tangy, rich apple, fleshy fruity, syrupy, with some acidity and hints of tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium drying tart boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.
