3/9/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours deep golden with a few bubbles. Aroma is sugary apples, baked apple, caramel, light funky and mucky edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, smooth, sparkling carbonation. Increasingly dry and mucky finish. Quite nicely done.

500ml bottle from Ogilvy & More. English Cidery #485. Sparkling, deep golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruity, caramel, funk. Taste is sweetish, ripe apple, fruity, juicy, with some caramel notes, orchard floor, leathery funk, and drying tannins. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
