Cask at Københavnske Øldage. Clear, dark golden with a minimal white head, more of a rim of bubbles. The aroma has a nice, vague fruitiness, with balancing maltiness, and notes of caramel. Nice, balanced flavor as well, with fruity hops, malt and caramel. Medium, maybe a bit thin body, and quite fruity finish. A very quaffable beer that easily could have been my regular if it was available here. (070512)

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pale bronze colour. Aroma of ripe pears. Sweet and medium bodied with very soft mouthfeel. Some dough, toffee and spun sugar. Hay-like hops surface in a bitter finish. Well balanced and very flavourful for it’s size.
