Description
We are a small brewery located in the heart of the Chartreuse massif, in Isère. Several people are involved in this great project, but your contacts are the brewers Guillaume and Thomas.

We are located in a barn that we renovated largely ourselves between 2015 and 2020. The insulation was done entirely with cork stoppers that we collected, sorted, steam heated, crushed and put in the walls, floors, roof... It's long, but very effective!

We produce our organic beers at an altitude of 900 meters, using pure mountain water, fresh and clear, and regional malts. We work with the Malt'in Pott artisanal malting house located in Haute-Savoie.
