Cask @ The Pub, Todmorden. Clear golden with a creamy-frothy head. It’s a fuller as expected hoppy ale with a bitterness that grows amongst its hops in its finish.

Keg at Tapped Leeds, Leeds. Fuller hazed with a light orange juice appearance and an extremely thin head. Has a blander tasting hoppy fruitiness which includes orange in both aroma and taste.

Keg @ Tapped Leeds, Leeds. Hazy dark-amber with a small head. It’s more herbal tasting than spicy, but this is evident in its aftertaste and subdues most of the pilsner qualities except for its carbonation.

Half-pint, cask ale, shared with Finn at Tapped Leeds. Filmy layer blanketing the glass. Cloudy golden body. Moderate fruity aromas of mid-sweet citrus. Dough fruity flavours, lightly sweet malts beneath. Distant notes of fruity bitterness to the ending. Soft on the swallow. Fair enough. (Leeds 28.01.2020).

Half-pint, keg shared with Finn at Tapped Leeds. Misty golden-brown body, stable off-white head, dotted spots on the glassware. A bit restrained smell of tropical fruits. Blended malt-fruity flavours, moments of bead and topical fruits. Mid-sweet malt-fruity ending. Satisfying. (Leeds 28.01.2020).
