5/10/2019. Bottle from Vittles & Company, Hull, shared at the Wroclaw GP bottle share. Poured mid to dark ruby brown with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of toffee, biscuit, roasted malt, coffee and a hint of liquorice. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, average to soft carbonation. Decent brew.

500ml bottle [thanks to Grumbo for this bottle from a short-lived brewery!]. Jet black colour with small, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white to beige head. Roasty, dark malty aroma with cautious hints of coffee, white coffee, nut-flavoured coffee, floral hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally sweet, slightly roasty dark malty, minimally nutty, hints of coffee, white coffee, slightly floral, minimally leafy hoppy overtones. Can't find a match between floral hop and coffee flavours...
