Draft at Prestige. More milky in color than the previous beer on my review list. Yellowish white, like a pineapple smoothie. Thinner foam. More traditional hop on the nose. More bitterness in the tongue, but still not overwhelming. A bit of resin to the taste. There may be some lactose in the malt to give a bit of balancing sweetness. Also a touch of stone fruit. The PNW hop load comes in to dominate the rest of the way down the glass, but it gets more citrussy as I move along.
