Description
Ossett Brewery purchased the Fernandes Brewery and Pub in 2007. Proud of its heritage and under the watchful eye of head brewer Paul Spencer, Ossett Brewery has continued to brew many of the original beers, whilst also devising many new brews which have become firm favourites. Brewer, Steve Hutchinson, now brews around 90 different beers a year from the pale ‘Straw-Weight’ at 2.8% to impenetrable black, full bodied stouts, such as ‘Voodoo’ at 5.0%.

Pale flat looking beer with a citric bitter aroma. The flavour is lighlty hopped with floral undertones. A basic plainly hopped ale.
