Description
Since 1863 five generations of our family have traded the finest ingredients to brewers & distillers. We now use this experience to produce our own range of expertly crafted, award winning beer & gin. And, as you would expect from our heritage, we never compromise on quality or use anything artificial. Instead, we rely on our own skill to marry together the locally sourced ingredients to produce well balanced, great tasting products.

We do all of this from rural North Yorkshire, where we use traditional recipes & methods with the addition of a good Yorkshire twist, a dollop of tweed & a vibrant sense of humour. Constantly innovating & improving, we are on a journey of taste. Hop on board & join us, it’ll be fun!

Bottle online from Beers Of Europe. Pours a clear chestnut brown colour with a thin fast dissipating head. Aromas of toffee, caramel, brown bread and nuts. Taste is caramel, nuts, brown bread and light roasted malts. Thin body with average carbonation. Quite decent flavour for the low abv but could just do with more body.
