Draught @ the taproom (Mar 2024). A bit murky reddish brown with a large foamy beige head, caramel aroma, low carbonation, sweetish caramel taste with coffee flavor, goji berries, thin smooth body, long caramel-coffee finish. Decent brown ale.

Draught @ the taproom (Mar 2024). Clear ;lemon yellow with a foamy white head, very faint citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter resiny taste, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Not too bad.

Another new brewer from Beer Under Glass. Bright yellow body under a slight fizzy head. Of course, there's a floral smell to it. Definitely a bright, citrus taste, and I can even pick up some of the honey. I'd call this a fully dialed in beer from this guy's recipe. Apparently this brewer is an outgrowth of Dayglow Coffee Roasters of LA and Chicago.
