On tap at Hana Kua, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some spicy hops, light pine, and a bit of stone fruit. Flavour has plenty of piney hops, some mango and other tropical fruits, and a thin malt base. Fruity, piney blonde IPA. Excellent.

On tap at Hana Kua, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is subdued, with green mango, citrus hops, gentle resins, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is piney and fruity, with green mango, piney hops, some citrus, and crisp biscuity malt to back. A bitter, piney blonde IPA with excellent structure and hop expression. Excellent.

On tap at Hana Kua, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is pungent, with tons of grape juice, dragonfruit, hibiscus and citrus zest in great balance. Flavour is no less invigorating, with a great balance of citrus hops and grape must, accentuated by hibiscus and a tiny hint of dragonfruit. This works really well. Love the grape zest finish. Very good.

On tap at Wayfinder Waikiki Hotel, pours a clear golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has a nice piney hop character, gentle earthiness, and dry bready malt. Flavour is hoppy for a pale ale, with piney hops, gentle citrus, and crisp biscuity malt. Nicely hopped, with a piney, crisp finish. Good stuff.

Flavour is fairly dry and not all that vibrant, with grassy hops, straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Reasonably hopped, with a crisp finish. I want more hops and crispness but it's decently made.

On tap at Grace in Growlers, pours a clear blonde with a medium white bear. Aroma brings out tangy citrus hops, a hint of white wine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is very bitter, to the point where the Nelson character is hard to distinguish. Finished very bitter and citrusy. Good but not the clearest expression of the Nelson.

Draught at source: pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is strawberry cremesicle. Notes of vanilla. Tastes like a strawberry cremesicle. Mochi adds a nice touch. This is not a style I seek out, but this was well made.
