Tap at the brewpub. Pale milky yellow body, head gone soon, but it's fizzy enough. Appley-citric, slightly yeasty aroma, to style. Clean taste, red and green apple-like touches, bit citric, herbal, bitterish, but that actually helps the drinkability. This is chuggable stuff! If we didn't have to go, I would've gone for another one of these!

Tap at the brewpub with heavy and his Anja. Hazy golden body, white head. Citric, spicy aroma, herbal hoppy touches, bit yeasty. Citric, light, soft taste, nice cookie dough touches, bit too yeasty, slightly on the bitter side in the end. Quite nice. Sadly, when it was warm it did show light chlorophenols, which were hidden when cold, but hope they go through it before they come forward. Still, it's a good recipe, bit too yeasty perhaps, but I'd go for another - if I didn't stick to the cider.

Tap at Berekin, with heavy and his Anja. Murky yellow body, opaque, white head. Citric, yeasty aroma, okay, but musty, but passable. Wheaty, yeasty taste mostly, not much fruitiness, but summery, the wheat tartness helping drinkability, as do the citric notes. However, light chlorophenols do show up and muddle things up. Maybe a tweak or two are needed still, and, of course, getting rid of whatever's causing the phenols.

Optimistic 0.5l pour at the restaurant/brewpub, with heavy and his Anja. Murky orange-golden body, off-white head. Pleasant citric touches initially, orange mostly, touch of maltiness and yeast, and then everything gets beaten up by chlorophenols. Smooth, bit chalky, yeasty taste, gain some citric, orange notes in the taste, but the chlorophenols have won out here. I completely believe that the beer is as good as Jerseyislandbeer presents it when it was fresh - Tonći is an experienced homebrewer, and has tweaked the recipe often enough, however, for whatever reason the beer picked up chlorophenols and they came out in the month between our ratings... Will revisit and rerate a fresh batch at some point hopefully (in a month and a half?).
