Keg at CBJ, Bermondsey, 17/10/24. Moderately hazed golden orange topped with an off white cap. Nose is grass, astringent tones, bitter orange, herb. Taste comprises orange peel, grass, melon, pale malts, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so ... basic and lacking any Nelson.

Keg at CBJ. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thinnish malts, some mild grain and a mild sweetness. Nelson hops bring good cooling pine, mild citrus peel, which was pretty unexpected and, a whisper of Nelson grape if you are looking for it, only really there on the dry finish. Not bad. I think the malt base of these CBJ beers is too thin, dry and grainy. Sort that out and I think these would be a lot more drinkable but I didn't mind this at all.
