For the connaisseur the label says, so let's give it a try ;-) Slightly hazy amber pour with a white/tan head. Rich aromas of marmalade, candied fruit, citrus, caramel, toast/white bread, raisins, berries. Taste is pretty similar - like drinking a dessert after nice meal. Slightly boozy finish. Enjoyed it.

33cl bottle at Ihme, Helsinki. BBE 27.10.2022. Poured brown in color, murky looks. Yeasty aroma with lots of almonds and plums in there as well as some caramel. Warming finish without being boozy.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 27.10.2022, at Ihme, 20231019) The beer poured dark brown and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had raisins, dark fruits, prunes and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste had Belgian style yeast, malts and bitterness. A pleasant toasty brew with Belgian twist.

Dark brown colour, beige foam. Nose of raisins, plums, some grassiness, hoppy bitter finish. Sweet, bitter and a bit herbal. Ok, but not the best quadrupel.
