Description

Bottle, 7.5%. Hazy orange colour. Very small white head. The flavour is almost clean, but with some rough bitterness. The alcohol flavour is not too bad.

(Can 50 cl) Clear, golden with a dense and frothy, white head leaving a rich lacework. Malty aroma with a lightly floral touch. Medium body with sweet malts and again these floral notes as well as a rather hoppy finish. Quite a decent lager really. 111107

A light yellow beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples, and so is the flavor. OK body. Nothing wrong, but nothing exciting either.

Plastic bottle. A deep brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of grain, caramel, and malt sirup. The flavor is very sweet again with notes of grain, caramel, and malt sirup. And the body is no wonder watery thin. Yuk.

(Can 50 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Hazy, pale golden with a rough, white head. Lightly tart, citrusy and pineappleish nose. Fairly watery body with a vague tartness. No real bitterness - just a vague acidity as sometimes found in what’s called Swedish "färsköl". 180907

Cloudy very light blond color. Sour apple vinegar aroma, sharp (well, if it was a Lambic or Berliner Weisse I would understand…). The mouthfeel is very light, almost watery, without hops and with a sharp citrusy sourness that is actually refreshing. I rate it as I would trust the quality of a Berliner Weisse, otherwise I should just give it a plain 0.5.
