Description

[Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival] Clear golden. Vegetable aroma. Sweet with hard mouthfeel. Some syrup is detected, but no hops. Alcohol is decently well hidden. Not much flavours, which is a good thing if Kopparberg has brewed the beer.

[Canned] very pale pink, soda-like absence of a head. Artificial aroma of peach. Cloyingly sweet with candyish horribly artificial peach flavour. Dear god. People drink this?

(Can 50 cl) Pours clear and very pale with a very white head. Lightly malty nose. Thin-bodied with cardboard being the only flavour. Nothing else. Real ugly. 130806

Can. Clear, still, pale golden with a small white head. Fruity and malty aroma and flavor with some alcohol. Sweet, medium body and a finish with alcohol. Even though this one was decent, I still don’t see the point in these malt liquors. (060720)

An orange beer with a nice orange head. The aroma is very sweet with light notes of fruit as well as light notes of hops. The flavor is very sweet - or should I say extremely sweet - but what can You expect from a 10% Malt Liquor, combined with notes of metal, almond, and alcohol. The mouthfeel is very soft. I find it somewhat cloying.

[Canned as Fagerhult Export 5.3%] A yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light touch of hops, and the flavor is sweet malty too with light notes of straw and hay, leading to a rather bitter end.
