Sincere’s unique blend of culinary apples comes from Washington’s Yakima Valley and the cider is cultivated and canned in California.

Clear, pale gold, still pour at UpCider in SF. Strong, sweet & mildly spicy ginger soda nose with a slightly flabby apple presence. Taste is semi-sweet apple brew, strong dried pineapple, sweet ginger beer, a little black pepper, well preserved. Mellow carb, mellow abv, mellow rate.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear perry color with some light bubbles. Nice ginger aroma. Not medium body, but heading there. Flavor is dry and ginger. Some agave syrup coats my lips a bit - honey does that to me to. Lover the ginger, not fond of the agave.
