Draft at Beervana. Clear amber color, few bubbles. Aroma of fresh apple flesh. Taste is sweet apple, subtle citrus. Not bad.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow. Sparkling after a flash of white mousse. Very sweet apples with some skin and wood - a little less than suggested by the aroma, but enough to dry it out a little. Alcohol hidden. Rather bland.

Bottled. A light yellow cider with a huge but fast collapsing white head. The aroma has notes of alcohol and acidic apples - almost lemony. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus, apples, and a bit of wood, leading to a lightly tart finish.
