Cask gravity at Reading BF 2017. Hazy orange gold colour lasting white head. I was expecting esters on aroma but got some citrus instead. Some lemon and orange fruit flavours just a touch of rubber. I was expecting a weisse and got a citrus wheat ale instead. Some bitterness. Tangerine finish.

Leeds Beer Festival 2017. Amber-red, inoffensive and palatable. There’s not a huge amount of milkiness or wheat character as the name might suggest.

Cask-conditioned at the Maltings, York, 19/1/2017. Deep copper in colour, with a decent, off-white, head. Gentle cinnamon, clove and orange peel notes, grainy malts and a touch of berry fruits, leading to a sweetish finish with a whiff of nutmeg. A solid winter beer.

Cask at Whitelocks, Leeds. Pours dark amber with a long lasting creamy off white head. Aroma of biscuit, malt, light chocolate and hop. Light sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture bit watery too, soft carbonation. Enjoyed this.
