Eyes Brewing is the UK’s first wheat brewery and the first wheat-focused brewery to open since the mid 20th century. Our vision is to create a range of wheat beers inspired by German tradition, modern innovation and long-forgotten English ale styles.

Cask @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Very hazy golden-blonde with a creamy head. Soapy hops soon give way to a mild sourness, but the brew lacks flavour.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Hazy dark amber with a frothy head. It has a bittered fruitiness but is not very stated in the latter.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Cloudy lighter amber witha creamy-bubbly head. It has a dense texture and feels much stronger than it is. It has a subdued tropical fruitiness and a drab aftertaste. A slow supping ale.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Cloudy dirty-amber with a creamy head. Hoppy with a density that belies its low strength. Has a mildly bittered fruitiness and has a soapy-fruity nose.
