Draught @ Beermiscuous, Chicago IL (Feb 2026). Faintly cloudy golden with a large foamy whitish head, funky malt aroma, high carbonation, medium sour funky malt taste with woodsy flavor, turns medium bitter, thin body, long mediu bitter finish. Impressive.

Pale yellow yet hazy pour, under a thick, long-lasting head. Definite strong Belgian malt nose, with farmhouse funk and coriander, as promoted. Yeah, I was thinking of it as kind of a kölsch, so I poured it in a Stenge glass, thus the huge head. Taste starts with tart lemon juice, and swirls with some of its brewed-in spices. I've has plenty of pastry sours lately, so a tart beer that sticks to style is pretty different.
Bought at Garfield's Beverage, Naperville.

16oz can. Has a little of that horse blanket aroma, in a bad way. As is the case with some of their stuff, this just doesn't nail it. Amateurish. Has a nice body, but the flavors are just a little off. Decent hop balance. Close, but far off too.

16oz can. An odd creature, sort of drinks like a heavy handed Belgian IPA. Too much hop tone for its own good. Fruity bubblegums notes sort of out of control. Am odd one.

Pour is a hazy blond with a large fizzy white head. Aroma is funk and hops. Flavor is the same a nice funky yeast esters but also a decent hoppy backbone. Mouthfeel and finish are both super dry. This was well made and has both the funk and hops making an appearance.

16oz can. A rather nice beer, one of my favorites I've had from them. Unique to me, this really has a classic Bohemian base feel to it then coupled with the rye it becomes something different. Good stuff.

16oz can. Quite an odd creature. The Anchovy hops finally get to show off that watermelon side. The base beer has some of the fun, farmhouse nuance, but just a little off and not all the way there. Anchovy tone is really pleasant and unique, sessionable and grew on me.

16oz can. Clear copper body. Big, off-white head. A little grainy, rough around the edges. Heftier malt tone than I would expect from a Keller Pils, this is more of a Vienna Keller. Zesty hop balance. Dark bread touched crackery malt. Simple, but a lot going on. Good.

16oz can. Not a bad beer. The citra takes it in a boring modern direction. Otherwise a pretty rustic, medium bodied, farmhouse type thing. OK.

16oz can. Chalky, roasty aroma. Lowish ABV keeps it drinkable. Sort of amateur production, but pulls it off, some farmhouse feel. Some roast bitterness up front. Fades into a sweet chocolate finish. Has a nice balance for the style. OK.
