16oz can. Another pleasant, unique sour from Dutchbag. Pleasantly thin palate. The flavors meld together pretty well, not overspiced or over candied. Easy going, a little thin at times.

16oz can. Really pleasant lemon curd aroma. Light and pleasant on the palate without being thin. Bright lemony sour tone, distant berry, perhaps given a little depth from the honey. Simple and easy drinking, all the ingredients come together well. Good.

16oz can. Quite a unique beer. Cranberry is natural and steady rolling. Vanilla is a little mild, but holds it together well enough. Orange peel gives it a festive feel. A unique creature indeed, great Christmas sour.

16oz can. Really tasty stuff. Perhaps a little dominated by the yuzu juice, a little more plum would've been nice. Either way, nice fruit depth. Classic sourdough touches from the Dutchbag yeast. Nice.

16oz can. Rather unique apple sour. Apple tone comes off nice and natural. Dry, not that sweet. Could use a little more apple sweetness, most of the flavor is dried out, eaten up. OK.

16oz can. Deep, opaque, brown-burgundy body. Some sort of odd bready chocolate rye aroma notes. Sweet, sort of heavy. Comes off a little messy at first, but grew on me a lof halfway in. Deep flavors, unique.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2023. Pours a slightly hazy light yellow gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has some menthol and flora with a bit of light grain and citrus supporting. Flavor has light tart citrus, grass and some bread backing.

16oz can. Really nice stuff. Real strawberry tone is so much better and subtle and flavorful than the extract syrup stuff. This beer is downright delicious. Depthful for the style, but a balanced, restrained sour tone like most Dutchbag product. Some World Class action. Great beer.

16oz can. Milky yellow-tan body, steady white head. Really enjoyable Grisette. Unique, complex yeast tone, not dissimilar to other Dutchbag stuff. Super flavorful, great body. Pretty much an ideal beer for me.

16oz can. A cool beer. Greyed pink body, oily non-head. Great natural sour tone. Cascara and Hibiscus are mild and subtle. Great balance, really drinkable. Good stuff.
