Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice bretty funk with some chalky malt. Flavor is also heavy on the berry funk and heavy on the peppercorn. A spicy white pepper finish is left on the tongue. A well made spicy, funky saison.

Pour is a super clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is bread and cracker crust. Flavor is the same with bread and cracker but there is also a nice hoppy bite to the back end. Pretty good Czech pils

Draft at brewery. Even though polotmavy are more common now I can’t help grabbing one when available. Clear ruby amber and sudsy top. Nose
Is some leaf litter and bread. Tastes similar ligtbpepery note and dried paper. Clean and crisp palate.

Draft at brewery. This is an interesting lager spot with lots of little nuances to traditional styles. More amber than black. Nose is oats and light cocoa and caramel. Tastes similar some nuttiness and fig in addition. Clean and light palate

Tap at Alulu. Big, juicy, tropical hop tone.Quite tasty. Corn really centers it but the big, bold hop tone takes center stage. Good stuff. Respectable bitterness. Solid

Tap at Alulu. Mexican Lager with a lot of NZ pale ale sensibilities. Hops are mild, light tropical notes, herbaceous like Italian Pils sort of, IPLish. Medium bodied, very sessionable.

Tap at Alulu. Big caramel touched chocolate notes, a hint of licorice. Not really stupendous for the style, but drinkable and enjoyable.

Tap at Alulu. Solid beechwood smoke tone. Not dark, but a pinch darker than your typical Rauchbier. True to style,.delicious.

Can, from the brewpub. Pours clear golden with a small frothy whitish head, light citrus aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste with pineapple flavor, thin body, long bitter finish. Interesting brew.

Taster #18 at Beer Under Glass. Hazy yellow color. A thin ring of foam around the glass. This mostly has a light farmhouse smell which is not that bad. The taste does carry through some strawberry, and some pepper. In another beer this could be counted up to fruity or spicy hops. This is another favorite, just for being a little bit different than the usual hazy IPA.
