Tap at Hopvine. Blast from the past..not in a good way. Earthy, buttery aroma and flavor. Decent IBU, toasty malts, but just doesn't nail it. Old School.

Tap at Hopvine. Steady, creamy, deep beige head. Quite a solid Oatmeal Stout. Luscious chocolate notes. Kind of has a Nestle Quik note in there..which is a pinch suspect but overall really good.

Tap at Hopvine. Sort of classical, no nonsense Oktoberfest. Doesn't come off so well lagered. Drinkable, but not that impressive. Toasty malts.

Taster at Hopvine. Yep, I got just a few sips of this before I had to dash off. But I just had to try something with oats AND wheat in the grist. The result is a nice light yellow, with a bit of fizzing foam around the edges. Big Belgian taste, but subdued in the sugary note you usually get in a tripel. Excellent.

Draft at Hopvine. Deep dark brown, but also cloudy, with some ruby highlights. Thin lacy film of foam in the tulip glass. Smell is of coriander and staled hop. Has some black cardamon to it. Ken says there’s no spice added, it all comes from the new Omega Labs yeast.
