Can from Cork and Cask. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of melon and pineapple. Taste is a bit thin. Light bitter finish.

Bottle from somewhere that I can't remember. It pours clear Chardonnay gold with a bubbly white head. The aroma is musty, funky, vinous, tart white grape, hay, dry oak, gooseberry, melon and a touch of sherbet. The taste is a touch dry to begin with, crisp, dry oak, light tannin, hay, lemon - lime, gooseberry, white grape, vinous, crisp Chardonnay, crunchy, light acidity and granny smith apple with a drying finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Nice white white wine character. Very drinkable. Quaffable.

On cask at the Guildford Arms. Appearance - golden amber with a very thin head. Nose - caramel, bread and an edge of vanilla custard. A bit floral. Taste - creamy caramel and vanilla. Palate - light bodied, roasty sweet middle and finish Overall - ok.

On keg at Teuchters on 12/08/23. Appearance - pale lemon and hazy. Creamy white head. Nose - orange, melon and mango. Taste - tropical and citrus again. Zesty finish. Palate - high carbonation, light bodied, zesty finish. Overall - good. And would be interesting to dry on cask if available.
