Huge thanks Karlo for sharing! Bottled at the Brvnara. Hazy red-amber body, off-white head. Fruity, caramelly, flowery aroma. Lean, soft caramelly taste, rye bread, sweetish, ending dry, herbal in the finish. Quite okay.

Bottle, huge thanks Karlo for sharing! Hazy golden body, lasting white head. Herbal, flowery pretty classic aroma, just a bit tart. Lean, flowery taste, odd marzipan notes, hm. Okay.

50cl bottle. Pours light golden, fairly hazy, with limited white foam, fine. Aroma is intense of orange peel, coriander, spices. Body is relatively thin, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with a decent bitterness and spiciness. Final is average.

50cl bottle. Pours dark red, almost brown, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is malty and earthy, hoppy too. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is well balanced with medium sweetness and bitterness. Final is average.

Backlog 28/04/2018, Toscana;No proper tasting notes;I remember that it was quite decent with pronounced phenols from the yeast & spicy, peppery hops;slightly metallic on the edges;

Tap at Beer&Food Attraction 2020, in Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is very nicely floral and honey. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is moderate sweet. Final is fairly short.

Territorio olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, erba e agrumi.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di in bollicine fini. Il colore è ambrato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, arrostito, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, erba e agrumi.
