Bottle @ Relais Villa Valfiore, Bologna. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, fruits, flowers, caramel, malt and has a light bitter finish.

Huge thanks Karlo for sharing! Bottled at the Brvnara. Hazy red-amber body, off-white head. Fruity, caramelly, flowery aroma. Lean, soft caramelly taste, rye bread, sweetish, ending dry, herbal in the finish. Quite okay.

50cl bottle. Pours dark red, almost brown, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is malty and earthy, hoppy too. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is well balanced with medium sweetness and bitterness. Final is average.

Territorio olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, erba e agrumi.
