On tap at Ravinia, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of bright like, with a gentle lacto character. Flavour is much the same, with lime upfront and buried lacto. It's alright. Nice bright lime on the finish.

On tap at Ravinia, pours a hazy blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is full of guava, lacto and some hay. Flavour is refreshing, with lots of guava, gentle lacto, straw and hay. Nicely done for a fruited kettle sour.

On tap at Ravinia, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hop oils, some pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with piney hops, bitterness, resinous oils, and biscuity malt. Piney, assertively bitter finish. A bit rough but better than most hazies out there.

Tap at Ravinia. Sweet, lacks much character, enough for me to call it quits there. Drinkable enough, just not so impressive.

Tap at Ravinia. Not that impressive for the style, grainy old school brewpub feel. Drinkable still, probably loveable if had often for free. House blonde

12 ounce can from Woodman's Lakemoor, 11/30/19. Murky orange, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of herbal, vinous hops, apricot, lemon balm, spice, bready malt. Taste is tropical fruit, apricot, cactus, bready malt, mild spice. Medium bodied, crisp. Needs some tweaking to be exceptional, but it's very nice as is.
