Draught @ the brewpub (Sept 2024). Opaque dark brown with a small frothy dark beige head, faint dark roasted malt aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter dark roasted malt taste, faint chocolate and alcohol undertones, a bit of orange peel, thin body, long finish. Not very spectacular.

Tap at One Lake. Nice amber tan color. Steady off-white head. Kind of big on the Amber malt. Pretzely deep malt tones. Presentation, experience, overall pretty lackluster in that regard. Decent brewpub example.

Tap at One Lake. Unique glass...no way it is 16oz. 4.2% this time. Nice chocolate tone. A little bright, American for the style. Still good.

Taster #15 at Beer Under Glass. It has a nice dark brown color, a thin layer of foam from a draft pour. I may already be starting to lose my nose. So I don't catch too much IPA or rye in this. But this has a solid, spicy rye malt flavor on the tongue, with not too much hop. After so many extreme beers, it's hard to make this one stand out. It's still a good tasting beer.
