A reddish copper DIPA with a thick frothy lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with resinous herbaceous hops, light mineral notes, a tad too sweet. In mouth, sweet fruity caramel malt with light peated notes, light butterscotch, alcohol warmth , resinous hops, OK. Bottle at Time Out Pub, Cebu.

A golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light mango, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light Epsom salts, light mango pulp, very nice and refreshing. Bottle at Time Out Pub, Cebu.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ The Stat Improver Tasting ] - Saxo, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Cebruery Dumaguete Dubbel ].Clear, sparkling, medium amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, moderate yeasty, leather, belgium yeast - dubbel yeast, tobacco, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, caramel, brown sugar, belgium yeast - dubble yeast, fruity yeast, leather. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is lively - fizzy. Quit odd !! Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dark sugar and light bretty. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. Much too high carbonation. The brett infection works well in the aroma. 170617

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber color. Light malty and hoppy and yeasty not pleasent aroma. Light bitter flavor. No fruity esters but week caramellic. Short light bitter finish. watery palate. Weird.

Bottle Cecile brought back from PH, from Global Beer Exchange, Makati City. Pours slightly hazy amber/orange with a lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma of hop, malt, bread, yeast, fruit, biscuit and caramel. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch of sour. Medium body, sticky texture, slightly above average carbonation. Finish is lasting bitter fruits.
