8/1/2020. Bottle from BEEReaucracy, Davao City. Pours amber copper with minimal head. Aroma of wood, yeast, toffee, malt, dried pineapple, bread, light tropical fruits plus a touch of sherry more so than bourbon. Medium plus sweetness, low bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft to flat carbonation. Sweet, cloying finish.

24/12/2019. Bottle from BEEReaucracy, Davao City. Pours clear amber with a large foamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malt, grain, fruit and biscuit with a touch of allspice. Medium plus sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily sticky texture, soft carbonation. Not Cebruery’s best.

3/12/2019. Bottle from BEEReaucracy, Davao City. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of citrus, caramel, hops, herbs, touch of yeast and sweet biscuit. Medium plus sweetness, very light bitterness. Light body, slight watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Not unpleasant, sweet and slightly earthy to finish, but much too fizzy.

1/6/2019. Bottle from BEEReaucracy, Davao City, shared at the Krsko GP beer share. Pours very dark brown with a creamy beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, milk and dark chocolate, toffee, coffee, liquorice, and a hint of coconut. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Chocolate finish, with some pick up in bitterness towards the end. Enjoyed this.

27/4/2019. Bottle from BEEReaucracy, Davao City. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, coriander, malt and yeast. Light sweetness, heavy sour and moderately salty. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation. Dry finish. Good effort, if a little on the edge for the style.

33 cl. bottle number 999 of 1028 shared with Suus and Hilde @ Alex and Suus. Clear dark copper without a head. Taste is sherry-like, malty and boozy. Taste is sweet, boozy and fairly oxidized. I don't know if this is a good special beer of a terrible trainwreck of a beer but it is certainly interesting. I do not believe the 16,6% though.

6/10/2018. Bottle from BEEReaucracy, Davao City, Philippines. Pours almost black with a tan coloured head. Aroma of chocolate, maple syrup, bourbon, vanilla. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Medium plus body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Very good.

Bottle from The Bottle Shop by Global Beer Exchange, Makati. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a massive frothy tan head and lots of initial bubbles. The aroma is roasty malt, smoke, light caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth, rich, roasty, light chocolate, caramel, light tart red berry fruits, light medicinal hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with big carbonation up front, although not a gusher. A decent beer, but I feel that this one had a hint of infection, hence the lively carbonation in the bottle.

At a tasting, thanks, small bubbly head, cloudy palish orange color, lots of phenols, smole, hint of petrol, flavor of plastic smoke metal honey. Not good.
