50cl waxed bottle, murky amber with legs and white head. Nose has the wheat and bubblegum and yellow cake. Boozy in the mouth and tropicals arrive, malt, bubblegum. Full, boozy, sticky finish. Good. Barrel probably did the base favors. 6 6.5 7 6 6.5

10oz pour at the brewery is an opaque black with a ring of beige head. Light legs. Big black licorice nose, woody too, toast, molasses. Flavors follows. More barrel but its very nicely balanced. Bourbon is a little sharp on the end. Sweet, a little boozy, long finish.

Pint at the brewery pours murky burnt orange with some sudsy white head. Its a SNPA clone and successful. Dried citrus and soap. Light malt. Dry and bitter. Medium bodied. Successful. Good house beer.
