Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white topping. Light-medium sweet flavour, quite clean, lovely lemon and resinous pine hop character, some pale biscuits, a little straw, soft dankness. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Well balanced finish, mellow piney bitterness, lean pale malts, some rindy bitterness, touch of grass. Outstanding.
