Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2021 - Hackney. Pours black-brown with a thin, creamy tan head. Medium sweet flavour with moderate roast, a little booze, burnt honey, cherry, cocoa. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lightly warming finish, nips of ethanol, cocoa, burnt rubber. So so overall.

Cask at EBF Nov 2021. Malty earthy Aroma. Murky Toffee brown. Thick foamy off-white head. Light bitter aforementioned grains. Sweet fruity buzz. Medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable if basic stuff.

Cask at EBF Nov 21. Sour fruity aroma, a touch of yoghurt. Murky opaque golden brown. Frothy off-white head. Medium sour. Again makes me think of a berry yoghurt. Bitter streak throughout, albeit low key. Underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft. Long sour slightly astringent finish. It's fine if you like yoghurt.
