Bottle share at Orange & Brew. Just like that, a sample from this very elusive brewer pops up! A little reddish brown pour with some foam at the edge. Indeed, there's a Cabernet smell that's a nice break from all these barrel aged stouts. Taste is sprtizy and tart, but keeps a nice light red wine note going all the way through. Must just have been agreed in a fresh break, as there's not much more of anything else besides the saison and wine.

On tap at Half Acre. Pours orange gold with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is honey, fruity malt, leather. Slick body, honey, earthy malt, leather, light dry finish, very good.
