On cask at Stillwell Freehouse. Pours blonde with a slight haze and a white head. Great funky apple skins on the nose. Flavour is off-dry, nice level of funk, apple skins; quite tannic. This is fantastic.

On tap at Stillwell Beer Bar. Pours clear dirty blonde. Tons of dirty apple skins on the nose. Flavour is very musty and earthy, lots of apple skins. Pretty dry. Nice cider, interesting apple expression.

Cask pour at Stillwell Freehouse. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Musty apple skins on the nose, more funk and aromatic tannins coming out as it warms up. Flavour has more musty apple skins, quite dry and tannic, some champagne-like yeast character. It's subtle, but continues to get more complex and enjoyable as it comes to temperature. Very nice dry cider.

473mL can, pours a clear dull golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of bourbon, vanillin, toffee, and sweet apples. Flavour is drier than expected, with dry toffee, apple skins, and some bourbon barrels. Fairly dry, with a nice bourbon character. Not particularly complex but it works reasonably well.

473mL can. Pours clear gold. Lots of dry apple skins and gentle bourbon on the nose. Flavour is fairly dry, lots of apple skins, nice bourbon character. The profile is fairly simple, but it's clean, dry, and very drinkable. The bourbon does come through very well and it works well with the dry cider base; nicely done despite the lack of overall complexity.

On tap at Stillwell Freehouse. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Semi-sweet nose with some musty apple skins. Flavour has semi-sweet apples, gentle tartness, and a bit of must. A bit of mealy apple becoming more prominent near the end. Not super exciting, and I'd like it a bit drier, but the qualities of the apples come through well. Nicely done.

Tap @ Stillwell Beer Bar, Halifax. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, fruits, some acid, little sulphur and has a nice light sour finish.
