Hazy and tart. A bit harsh, sharp and lemony. Not much beyond that sharpness. Plums are lost.

The aroma and flavour are all cleaners. Straight phenols. I don't even think it's worth getting into how undrinkable this is. You just can't pour this stuff anywhere but the drain.

Poured from the tap @ Threefold. Hazed pale blonde with very minimal white head. Mild phenols, hint of funk and citrus hops over saison yeast, a bit muted and messy.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has lots of tart plums, a touch of wild yeast, and some hay. Flavour is highly acidic, with intense plums, a touch of wild yeast, and light hay. Way too much acidity—probably from the plums. Good effort but a bit harsh.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of phenolic notes galore, with intense burnt rubber and cleaner—there’s little else here. Flavour is egregious, with intense burnt rubber, cleaner, and an army of fucked up chemicals. This is completely messed up. How can you release this?

Hazy and pale. Tart, with light phenols. Light fruit. A bit sharp, but some decent elements in there.

Opaque. No head. Tart, leathery with some fruit. This has good acidity, complexity to it.

Pale, but with a phenol bomb aroma. Dammit, this is the kind of project I want to do well. Light wheaty note, but more phenols. There's a good wheaty base beer in here somewhere.

On tap at Farmhouse 2024. Pours cloudy pale yellow. Aroma has pithy light orange, some spicy saison yeast. Flavour has dry citrus, lots of pith, dry saison yeast. Not bad.

On tap at FHF 2024, pours an opaque dark orange with a small white head. Nose has some muddled cherries, a bit of baking spice, and some wild yeast. Flavour has some tart cherries, light baking spices, and gentle wild yeast. Not particularly complex but there's plenty going on. Pleasant enough.
