Lightly hazy, golden-amber colour with a fizzy cap that dissipates rather quickly, leaving only a thin circle of foam around. Sweet banana and caramel aromas from the wheat. The taste is mild, but at least the wheat is not too sweet, balanced with some hops in the finish. A little dry with some banana and clove flavours. A decent regular wheat beer.

Can from the brewery pouring a slightly hazy golden-amber colour with a big frothy off-white, warm cap that lasts a while, leaving creamy-foamy lacing. Citrusy aromas of mostly oranges and mild zest from them. Some nice bitterness in the mouthfeel and gets very dry in the finish, lingering. A good, dry IPA, but not as juicy as expected for a Northeast one. Still, their best brew so far.

Enjoyed at the brewery on cask. Pours a mild hazy copper colour with a small head and decent lacing. Fruity and caramel nose with hints of the cherries. Lightly sweet taste at first, but nothing too rich. Nice fruity malt flavours with the cherries showing up more, ending with some light nutty notes. Hints of hops are nicely balanced. A pretty decent fruity, easy-drinking cherry Red Ale. Adds a nice touch to their Red Ale.

Can from the brewery. Pours a clean light-copper colour with amber highlights. Big frothy light-beige head, good retention and thick foamy lace. Aromas of burnt wood, caramel and roasted malts, with some hops. The taste is a little more Red Ale with the toastiness, nuttiness and hoppiness. Nothing really exciting, but does the job.

Can from the brewery. Pours a clean light-amber colour with a warm frothy cap, decent stay and some thick foamy lace. Nice mild aromas of hops over caramel malts. The taste has earthy notes mixed with the grassy hops that do work together. After having their Cream Ale which I did not like, and seeing people talk about diacetyl which I found in that one - I was quite worried. I must say I do not see any here compared to the Cream Ale... and I'm glad. This is actually not bad at all and decent of a Pale Ale. I would have this again over the latter.

Can from the brewery. Pours a clean light-golden colour with a frothy-soapy white cap, average stay with some thick foamy lacing. Big butterscotch nose at first, almost on the diacetyl-side of things, but does calm down, showing some hops over the butterness. The flavours are much the same with the butter, caramel and grassy hops. Does seem to get better with time, with hints of biscuit malts and spicy hops. Just not really well-balanced all-around. Diacetyl seems still in the mix. Not one I would have again.
