Day 4 pint jar thanks to Doug pours out crisp clean golden topped with a small fizzy white head. Nose is sweet apples some guava notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet tart apples light tropical guava notes.

Dark gold, no head. Apple juice aroma, hint of tamarind but mostly apple, and it’s sweet, too. Arguably a lazy and ineffective cider, taking a basic cider and just adding flavour.
